Press Info & Images Canton's professional improv comedy troupe, Scared Scriptless, performs at the Kathleen Howland Theatre, the Player's Guild of Canton, and First Friday Canton. Their 18-and-over-only show entertains the audience for 2 hours with a 15-minute intermission. The improv performances showcase the talents of David Sponhour, Ryan Lynn, Kaylene Williams, Andy Knode, Mandy Altimus Pond, and Kevin Pond. These unscripted shows depend on audience suggestions. Scared Scriptless has been performing since May 2006. In addition to their many Canton-area appearances (First Friday, the Player's Guild Theatre, the Kathleen Howland Theatre, Lions Lincoln Theatre), they have taught several workshops and classes to groups such as Leadership Stark County, Leadership Tuscarawas County, Dover Middle and High Schools, GlenOak High School drama groups. They have raised thousands of dollars for local non-profit organizations, including the Massillon Museum, the Walsh University Museum Studies Program, the Player's Guild Theatre of Canton, and the historic Lions Lincoln Theatre in Massillon.
